Lucky grab shot

Submitter's name: Dean Hansen
Title: Lucky grab shot
Gear used: OM-4Ti + Tamron 35-135
Diaphragm: not recorded, but probably f8
Shutter speed: 1/125
Film used: Kodak E100VS
Technical information: Nothing technical at all--just point and shoot.
Subject information: My wife and I were returning at dusk from a day on an airboat in the Florida Everglades. The driver (pilot?) slowed to go through a break in a row of tall shrubs just as a heron took off. The shot wasn't composed at all--but I like how the heron, the splash where he took off, and the reflection of the bird at the bottom of the shot all came out. Ten minutes earlier or later, and the colors would have been much different. Two seconds later, and the reflection probably wouldn't have been captured.
