Comment left by: Anonymous Visitor Polished stone for a polished performer,
never let his true feelings show,
took everything with him to the grave.
Polished stone reflecting the evening sky,
reflecting the evening of our years.

Comment left by: Andrew Wendelborn (andrew@cs.adelaide.edu.au) I couldn't see what this was from the thumbnail, and it brought me up with
a bit of a jolt when I saw what it was. A powerful image. It captures
the mood of sombre reflection that often comes over me when I visit these
rural cemeteries of early (Australian) settlement. One can read the
history and the struggle in the tombstones, and recall stories told by
parents and grandparents who lived through it.

Comment left by: Duncan Paterson (no e-mail specified) A rather eerie scene but nicely rendered. Lovely muted colours.
