Title: Untitled
Gear used: IS-3 @ ~70mm
Diaphragm: f 8
Shutter speed: 1/100
Film used: Kodak C-41 ASA 400
Technical information: IS-3 used in Program mode
Subject information: Shot looks West towards Mt. Diablo from roughly 3000' (~900 m) while over the Sacramento Delta. This was my first ride in Dad's new airplane (Cessna Cardinal note the absence of a wing strut) the day after Christmas. Through my Polarized sun glasses the shot caught my eye but I was not sure how it would turn out on film without a Polarizer for the camera.

Comment left by: Alasdair Mackintosh (tope@toomanybooks.org) The light on the water is well caught, and the reflection on the wing of the plane adds an effective counterpoint.

I wonder if it would be worth cropping the bottom of the frame to get rid of the window, and rotating it slightly to straighten the horizon?
